National Manufacturing Day is nationally recognized on the first Friday in October to spread awareness on the great opportunities available in the manufacturing industry.  Loudon County participates in a week long event of Industry appreciation and recognition leading up to this day.  

Loudon County's Manufacturing Week exposes local students to the manufacturing sector through industry tours and education. 

Loudon County's Industry Showcase is also hosted as a part of National Manufacturing Week. The showcase is open the public, allowing the community to get a glimpse into what is made in their backyard. Participating industries are also given the option to promote their current job openings at the event.

The Industry Showcase is free of charge and lunch is provided for industry representatives.
